I have an opportunity to work with the I0T era, where the major requirement is to trace the supplied product, but added benefits of the technology are to get real-time raw logs of the performance of particular equipment/s which is being stored on the cloud and BI/AI using ML is being used to get the alerts which are extremely critical towards the preventive actions..

not only that, but the data analysis had created many new points of view to focus on new business even!

The development of the handheld device App, has enabled the customer to see the real-time performance of the equipment and so he is also very happy and paying a premium to have this kind of feature.

Now, after completing the same, we are not working with the automation kind of things in the manufacturing plant which process is a lean manufacturing concept where RFID solution with I0T sensors implemented so that the product development stages became real-time and helped to reduce the manufacturing lead time with more accuracy,,,
